Dear collectors, Thank you for your continued support and patience. We would like to share the latest updates regarding The London Season and the 5th Anniversary Collection.

The London Season Preorders

The London Season is now open for preorder on musesdoll.com. 

Preorders open on August 6, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT, and will remain open until August 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET / August 15, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT.

All dolls, fashions, accessory sets, and couture wigs in this release are limited and may sell out at any time during the preorder period.

5th Anniversary Collection 

The 5th Anniversary Collection is currently planned to begin shipping in mid to late September 2026. Final balance invoices for the 5th Anniversary Collection will also be sent during that period. Once the final balance payment has been completed, orders will be prepared for shipment.

5th Anniversary Leftover Waitlist

The leftover waitlist for the 5th Anniversary Collection will open by email starting September 1, 2026. Please note that waitlist registration does not guarantee availability. Remaining quantities may be very limited. If any leftover or canceled items become available, they will be offered through the waitlist and included together with the final balance invoice whenever possible.

Dear collectors,

Thank you so much for your patience, support, and trust during this important transition period for MUSES DOLL. 

We would like to share the latest updates regarding Wild at Heart, leftover availability, the 5th Anniversary Collection, and our upcoming new release.

 

Wild at Heart Shipping Update

All paid Wild at Heart orders have now been shipped. Some tracking numbers may only show local tracking updates within the destination country, and may not display the full international transit route.

Please do not worry if the tracking information looks limited at first. The parcels are already on the way, and they should arrive very soon. Thank you again for your patience while the packages move through the final delivery process. 

 

Wild at Heart Leftover Availability

There are only a very small number of Wild at Heart leftover items available. If you are interested in any remaining items, please contact us by email at sales@musesdoll.com. If the item is available, we will send an invoice by email.

In early July, if there are any canceled orders or additional remaining items, we may list them directly on musesdoll.com for purchase. Please note that the quantity will be extremely limited, and only a few selected items may become available. 

 

5th Anniversary Collection

The 5th Anniversary Collection balance invoices and shipping are currently planned for mid to late August. Please note that previous preorder records will not appear immediately on musesdoll.com. These orders will be saved under your MUSES DOLL account only after the final balance invoice has been paid.

 

New Collection Release

Our next new collection is currently planned for late July.

This release will be a 1/6 scale MUSES DOLL collection and will include both male and female dolls. More details will be announced closer to the release date.

Wild at Heart Balance Invoice & Shipping Update：

Dear collectors,

🌵Wild at Heart balance invoices will begin to be sent by email between May 26–30. After the invoice is paid, orders are expected to ship within 7–14 days.

Please note: previous purchase and preorder records from our former agent will not be automatically transferred to the MUSES DOLL official website, musesdoll.com.

For Wild at Heart and 5th Anniversary orders, once the balance invoice is paid, the order record will be saved under musesdoll.com. 

📦Shipping policy: Orders over $1,500 USD will receive free shipping. For orders under $1,500, shipping will not exceed the original preorder shipping estimate.

International duties and taxes will be covered by us.

We will use trusted local carriers whenever possible, such as UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, and other reliable services depending on the destination country.

The Wild at Heart waiting list is now open.
