Package definitions:
- Small Accessory Package: applies only to small-volume items, such as up to 2 basic wigs, 1 couture wig, or 2 pairs of replacement hands/feet.
- Standard Package: applies to orders containing dolls, fashion sets, accessory sets, or mixed items with a merchandise subtotal under $1,000.
- Reduced Shipping: applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal from $1,000 to $1,499.
- Free Shipping: applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal of $1,500 or more.
* Please note that the deposit invoice may not include shipping. Shipping will be calculated and charged together with the final balance payment.

For the current 5th Anniversary preorder collection, orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
Final shipping fees and taxes for this collection will not exceed the estimated amounts shown on the original preorder orders.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $1,500 or more qualify for free shipping.
For international customs duties related to the 5th Anniversary Collection, MUSES DOLL will be responsible for the arrangement. Customers will not be charged additional international duty fees for these preorder shipments.
