The London Season preorders open on August 6, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT, and will remain open until August 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET / August 15, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT.

All dolls, fashions, accessory sets, and couture wigs in this release are limited. Items may sell out at any time during the preorder period.

 

How the preorder works

All items in The London Season are offered through a 30% preorder deposit system. Each product page is for the 30% preorder deposit only. The remaining 70% balance will be invoiced by email before shipment.

Once a preorder deposit has been paid, the item is reserved for you. Preorder deposits are non-refundable.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Your preorder is confirmed only after checkout has been completed successfully.

 

Final balance invoice

Before shipment, MUSES DOLL will review your confirmed preorder records and send a final balance invoice by email.

The final balance invoice will include:

• The remaining 70% balance for your confirmed preorder items
• The applicable shipping fee
• Any additional confirmed preorder items placed under the same email address

A final balance invoice will be issued with a 30-day payment window. Your order will be prepared for shipment after the final balance payment has been completed.

If the remaining balance is not paid within the stated payment period, the order may be canceled and the preorder deposit will be forfeited.

 

Shipping fee and duties

Shipping is not charged during the 30% deposit checkout. The applicable shipping fee will be included with the final balance invoice before shipment.

Shipping rates will be announced before the preorder opens and displayed on musesdoll.com.

Applicable duties and taxes arranged through our shipping process will be covered by MUSES DOLL. Collectors only need to pay the applicable shipping fee.

 

Multiple orders and add-ons

Collectors may place multiple preorder deposit orders during the preorder period.

If you place more than one order, please use the same email address at checkout. Orders placed under the same email address will be combined when we prepare the final balance invoice, and the confirmed items will be shipped together whenever possible.

There is no need to email customer service to add items during the preorder period. If an item is still available, you may simply place another preorder deposit order directly on musesdoll.com.

Your preorder records will be reviewed before the final balance invoice is issued. If your shipping address needs to be updated before shipment, please contact us before the final balance payment is completed.

This is an estimated production and shipping window. Final balance invoices will be sent before shipment when the orders are ready to be prepared.
