MUSES DOLL releases are often offered through a limited-time preorder format. This allows collectors to reserve selected dolls, fashions, wigs, and accessories during the preorder window before production is completed.
Because each release is produced in limited quantities and requires careful planning, preorder items are made according to the confirmed order queue and production schedule.
How Preorders Work
During an announced preorder period, selected items will be available for reservation on our official website.
To place a preorder, customers are required to pay a preorder deposit at checkout. The remaining balance will be invoiced before shipment, once production is near completion.
Preorder items are not ready-to-ship items. Each preorder release follows its own estimated production and shipping timeline, which will be stated on the product page or announcement.
Payment Schedule
Preorder Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of preorder. This deposit confirms your reservation and secures your place in the production queue.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance will be requested before shipment. Customers will receive a final balance invoice by email with payment instructions.
Your order will be prepared for shipment after the remaining balance has been paid.
New Releases
MUSES DOLL collections are generally released around seasonal themes, including Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter collections. From time to time, we may also present special releases, such as holiday editions, anniversary editions, or limited thematic projects. Each collection is designed with its own distinct concept, visual language, and styling direction. From dolls and fashions to shoes, wigs, and accessories, every release is developed as a complete story rather than a single product launch.
Because our pieces are produced in limited batches with a high level of handcraftsmanship, release dates may vary depending on design, sampling, production planning, hand-finishing, and quality control.

Production & Shipping Timeline
MUSES DOLL pieces are created in limited batches, with dolls, fashions, shoes, wigs, and accessories carefully crafted and finished by hand. Compared with mass-produced vinyl dolls, our handmade resin dolls and couture-style fashions require significantly more time and specialized craftsmanship.
Each piece involves multiple stages of sculpting, casting, finishing, painting, sewing, fitting, quality control, and final preparation. To preserve the quality and refinement expected of MUSES DOLL, we do not rush the production process.
Estimated shipping windows will be provided for each preorder release. These dates are estimates and may be adjusted if additional production or quality control time is required.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare each piece with care.
Order Queue
Preorder orders are generally arranged according to the time the preorder is placed and confirmed. Earlier confirmed orders are usually prioritized in the production and fulfillment queue.
In some cases, shipping order may also depend on product type, batch completion, destination, or combined order arrangements.
Final Balance Invoice
When your preorder is ready for final payment, MUSES DOLL will send a remaining balance invoice to the email address associated with your order.
Please review the invoice carefully and complete payment within the requested time frame. Orders with unpaid final balances may be delayed or, if left unpaid for an extended period, may be cancelled according to our preorder terms.
Combined Orders
If you have multiple preorder items from the same release, we may combine them into one final balance invoice whenever possible.
If items are from different releases or have different production timelines, they may be invoiced and shipped separately.
Important Notes
Preorder deposits are non-refundable.
Preorder items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Estimated shipping dates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Colors, fabrics, finishing, and small handmade details may vary slightly from sample images.
Final product appearance may show minor differences due to the handmade and limited-production nature of MUSES DOLL pieces.
