Return & Refund Policy

At MUSES DOLL, each piece is created with great care and attention to detail. Due to the collectible and often made-to-order nature of our products, we kindly ask that all orders be placed thoughtfully.

Returns

We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering by mistake.

Because many of our products are limited, collectible, made-to-order, or pre-order items, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Pre-orders

All pre-order sales are final.

Pre-order deposits, partial payments, and final payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Once a pre-order is placed, production planning and material allocation begin, and for this reason cancellations and refunds are not usually possible.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@musesdoll.com or support@musesdoll.com

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Return conditions

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and included items.

Items that have been modified, repainted, restyled, repaired by a third party, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for any approved return.
